Drawing day 3 was attempting to draw basic stuff, so I did an apple. Had an epiphany while doing this. I realized that with my small tablet I really need to zoom in to be more detailed and cleaner with my lines. The difference was so drastic I was surprised.

Blue December bird.

My mom said he looked nice, so I decided to upload him. 😇

Also, as I did not have my pens with me that day, I tried a new "ink and wash" approach replacing the ink with staining blue watercolor lines.

In 2020 I want to focus on completely different aspects, more backgrouds, more bodies, drawing with references. I feel like I can only draw faces and I have to move past it. Also start drawing lineart even if i can't do clean lines.

I needed to prove to myself that I could still do my old marker sketch style of art...so I did that tonight. It didn't take very long because it's actually -good- to use sketchy, loose lines. The line colors bleed into the fill colors<3
