I didn't want to spend too much time on this but I couldn't resist drawing one of my favorite tegaki-e OCs whose initial design was terrible. So I forced myself to draw the original version of him despite his later versions being much cooler.

I think I've came quite a long way since I began drawing in 2010; it was mainly Pokemon that kept me interested in drawing new stuff. I can't confirm when the first pic was drawn and I could only find a 2013 piece for the 3rd.

Now that the end of the Decade is upon us, I felt it was appropriate to do a redo of an old piece from 2010...so old that you could find it on DeviantART. The original was in markers, but I wanted to try digital. (Also Leo looks like a shonen protagonist)

I basically spent 2019 relearning how to art after a couple of years of barely drawing, and I actually had a lot of fun looking back at some of my old stuff! I'm super excited to do more next year 🙏
