vlov update: I had to partially remake a bunch of the top because besides needing to adjust colors i was looking closer at his sprites and concept art and realized that it's way stupider than it should be. also i made the sleeve cuffs finally and im really proud of them

I always looked at these sleeves and assumed they just had really fluffy shirts, or like, folded their shirts sleeves fancily, but now I am reconsidering. They probably added these cuffs as part of the outfit. Were they soft or hard? Did they tie them to the shirt? Coat?
