We all love The Souvenir.
Look close and see how concentrated she is, the way her foot pushes against the bark, the engraved signature - all proofs of Fragonard's talent, now obscured by layers of yellowed varnish, visible in the clouds.

A parody of Jean-Honore Fragonard's The Confession of Love (1771)
The Swing (French: L'Escarpolette), also known as The Happy Accidents of the Swing, is an 18th-century oil painting by Jean-Honoré Fragonard in the Wallace Collection in London. It is considered to be one of the masterpieces of the Rococo era, and is #Fragonard's best known work.
This is the piece I did for @yoiarthistory zine!! It's based on Jean-Honore Fragonard's "The Confession of Love". I had so much fun with this, and it was the best experience! Everyone was so lovely, and it all came out SO GOOD!!
'The Swing' is one of Jean-Honoré #Fragonard's best known work. It is a masterpiece of the Rococo style. A young man hidden in the bush takes a peep under a woman's dress while she's being pushed on a swing by a elderly man. https://t.co/IotKsWaC89
Entry to the 43rd Character Design Challenge on the theme Baroque Aristocracy. This illustration features Madame de Pompadour reading Voltaire alongside her little pug. I was inspired by Fragonard's Rococo era painting 'L'Escapolette'.

My take on Fragonard's 'The Swing': Probably one of the most iconic rococo paintings of all time? But with a very #stevenuniverse twist :)

❄️+ 🌨+💨=now. Would gladly take up the "grueling" role of gardener/grape gatherer/reaper/shepherd in #JHFragonard's sunny scènes champêtres
Jean-Honoré Fragonard's extravagant style exemplified the Rococo era, noted for his provocativeness. Happy Birthday!
