I kind of love that the Butterflies in #Peacemaker are basically repackaged and re-contextualized Mi-Go from the Cthulhu Mythos.

At first, wanted to make a villain yet later manage to center it around the mythos.
Put in around 3-5 hrs, not going to lie if I animate this troop, may be a be a good series.
Why are there giant talking eagles? Because they're a syncretized element from another mythos.

@KoiketoWarrior Absolutely. Despite his massive size, Cthulhu is weak compared to the other gods of the Lovecraftian mythos. Humanity's collective shadow (Nyarlathotep) is probably gonna be near or above Omni-King (Zeno) status. 😏
In the modern day, Goddess Millia is portrayed as a tomboyish figure, dressed in steampunk attire. However, for the first few years after her creation, the lightning deity looked more like she'd belong in a Greek mythos. It's amazing how a few millennia changes a person, huh?
