next iteration is using colours matching specific ' palette. sounds simple but took me over half a day to generate the palette; i chose to scan each individual image to get the palette instead of querying a database with preassigned colours to each trait

I'm not actually sure is *using* all of those attention heads.
we can throw away one of the value heads used by cross-attention, and get an almost-correct result.
"One Write-Head is All You Need" suggests only _query_ needs multiple heads.
