Took me too long to realise that Aizawa, Shirakumo and Mic are just the Big Three.. Tamaki, Nejire and Mirio.. their hair colors are similar.. and so are their personalities..

So. The goggles are Shirakumo's. But interestingly enough. We basically never see him wearing them. Additionally, unlike Aizawa's, his goggles are very transparent. They protect the eyes, but they don't hide them the way his do.
