There are a few references to Wales in Digimon but the most obvious example is Examon.

Its design resembles the Welsh Dragon, it has wings called Caledfwlch, the Welsh name for Excalibur and its attack "Pendragon's Glory" is of Welsh origin. Pen means "head" or "chief" in Welsh!
