ANTHRO DINOSAURS AU Travis Bickle (Albertosaurus)

This idea has been with me for a long time and finally I took it up. I originally wanted to make Travis a Tyrannosaurus rex.Soon I will be drawing Arthur in the guise of a ceratosaurus.
Color borrowed from the game JP:OG

My main curiosity is that the dentary foramina row is much closer to the dental margin & there doesn’t seem to be as much of a groove in Spinosaurus when compared to some other theropods (Albertosaurus; Majungasaurus & Allosaurus, Sinraptor & Acrocanthosaurus). Why would this be?

A juvenile albertosaurus still has yet to lose his coat of feathers, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t seen tough times in the winters of northern Laramidia

Day 12: Dinosaur playing
An Albertosaurus sarcophagus plays the ‘bone toss’ game using an old occipital condyle from a Pachyrhinosaurus. Based on tyrannosaur bite patterns on condyles attributed to play behaviour.

With the UAlberta paleo symposium coming up, I was asked by a friend to prepare a piece for the silent auction. I completed this 11x9 portrait of an Albertosaurus while I waited for the vinac to dry in the lab today!
