Day 28: Draw what a descendant of a dinosaur might look like today.

I present a titanosaur adapted for grazing, a cursorial hadrosaur, a derived pachycephalosaur descendant, a giant apex predator dromaeosaur, and an ant-eating alvarezsaur.

Day 23: Draw someones’ pet dinosaur.
I thought I’d challenge myself a little and do something different, so I (badly) drew one of my real-life friends with a pet Edmontosaurus regalis, their favourite dinosaur.

Day 19: A flashy and ridiculous but believable dinosaur.
Here’s Big Paul himself Magnapaulia laticaudus looking as vibrant as possible thanks to a bright Mothra-inspited colour scheme.

Day 18: A dino in a possible niche it could belong
Here’s basal sauropodomorph Saturnalia tupiniquim in the role of gregarious active omnivore, much like a guineafowl.

Day 17: Draw a bird in the manner of outdated palaeoart, or like a Jurassic Park dinosaur.

Tyto alba, also known as the barn owl, thought to have been a ferocious nocturnal predator. Naturally based on the Troodon from Jurassic Park: The Game.

Day 16: A dinosaur restored in 2-3 different plausible ways
Here’s Therizinosaurus cheloniformis restored with minimal integument (top), full-on integument (bottom left), with a speculative bald head and neck for display (bottom right).

Day 13: Wild speculation
A group of Einiosaurus procurvicornis have ventured into a cave to feed on rock rich in salt and minerals, using their horns and beaks to break it off, much like elephants at Mount Elgon today.

Day 12: Dinosaur playing
An Albertosaurus sarcophagus plays the ‘bone toss’ game using an old occipital condyle from a Pachyrhinosaurus. Based on tyrannosaur bite patterns on condyles attributed to play behaviour.

Day 11: A dinosaur family.
A breeding pair of Stygimoloch (?Pachycephalosaurus) spinifer on the move with their offspring.

Day 4: Favourite overall dinosaur.
Iguanodon bernissartensis. I have loved this dinosaur ever since I was a little kid. This large male is bellowing a territorial call, showing the world how much of an absolute legend he is.

Day 2: Favourite sauropod.
Diplodocus carnegii, cos I’m a basic Brit who grew up on Walking With Dinosaurs and trips to the NHM. This boi’s trying to look intimidating, possibly to the Allosaurus from yesterday.
