In short, it explains that, although ornithischians likely DID NOT have a "new cheek muscle" bridging between maxilla & dentary, some (but not all!) of them, like ceratopsids, had jaw muscles originating inside the head that likely extended forward on the jaw for more leverage.

Sinoceratops was a type of ceratopsid that lived in China 73 million years ago. It is unique (and awesome) for having a row of hornlets that curve forwards along its frill.

I put a few bristles on this guy's face back in 2015. The first version had some too. I don't think bristles like this would anchor to the skull so, even with our awesome ceratopsid epidermal correlate data, it's possible.
