Forgot about these because of FairyTober, but I'm back with these stupid NEET fairies! Only Ichimatsu is left!

Demon + Pumpkin = nik-pmup
A fearsome being of the underworld that takes form of the the surrounding foliage, often preferring to appear in pumpkin patches. Though dangerous, it has a glaring weak spot, that being the candle in its mouth.
Today I’m giving thanks for good health, learning, nature, vaccines, and my family and friends. #HappyThanksgiving2021
Autumn Foliage, by Tom Thomson
This fantastical forest creature mirrors the surrounding foliage, its leaves and feathers turning shades of orange and red.

I'm guessing the 1st part of Earthrealm in Konquest (Shujinko's Village) is Japan; based off the lanterns, the foliage, earthy colors & buildings. Also Shujinko is Japanese for "Protagonist". The 2nd part I'm assuming is China, based on pagodas & the Lin Kuei base. #MortalKombat
Mrs Sam McGredy is an orange-pink hybrid tea rose with a fairly strong tea fragrance and attractive glossy bronze-green foliage, bred by Sam McGredy III in Ireland before 1929.

🍃 her hair grows into foliage, her arms into branches,
her foot, just now so swift, clings by sluggish roots,
her face has the top of a tree: a single splendor remains in her.

//Practice finished. Name: "Miuna the Flightless." it works in some ways, not in some others, 🤔 but now I can apply what I tried to my comms. anatomy, shading, foliage, lighting effects, ect-So that's a win for me. I may practice another 'down angle' to forest floor in future.
even if i never finish this im genuinely proud of this sketch,, its just so pretty :D
also yes i used tons of circles for foliage,, is something wrong with that???? 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨/lh

#Onthisday 300 years ago renowned woodcarver Grinling Gibbons died. Known for his motifs of foliage, flowers, animals and cherubs, he was also a skilled draughtsman. Only c.50 of his drawings survive, including this design for a chimneypiece at Hampton Court Palace, c.1689-94.
Sometimes all you need is a tree
Okay that's just a test of foliage, but what y'all think
New Mwangi fiction by @wozenstein - https://t.co/IKJq7lUdHE
"...A hulking form, only partially visible through the jungle’s dense foliage, emerged. She fired. The arrow flew true, and the dark form hissed as its iron head burned across its demonic body..."

@ChomperVT Hi!! This is so generous of you! Can't wait to see what you come up with. I'm a jackalope that loves the forest; so foliage, earth tones and cottagecore is what I've been going for aha. I dropped my logo too just in case :)
bOOM! Done, it's only small and was a way for me to practise adding in foliage, but I'm quiet happy with it

@TheNeonWolfyy Very chill individual, Thistle an Avaceratops lives in the NW. Filled with tall trees & thick foliage, she’s at home in her secluded homestead.
When she does have family/friends over, she ❤️’s 2make them smile & laugh.& just be some1 2listen 2their woes.
Thanks 4 opportunity!🥰
This was originally supposed to be a way for me to practice foliage, but it ended up taking like 45 hours (since I had to redraw the background like 4 fucking times, and changed all the colors halfway through). In the end though I’m actually quite happy with it so... :)
Something else I wanted to do was to understand Adam's approach to pixel art clusters: I noticed that there were a lot of tetromino clusters used for foliage, which I all turned into brushes, and that the square eraser brush was used for rocks. A bit of linework was seen, too.
