Just finished this ARC and loved it. Gorgeous Katherine Arden-esque prose, and Margaret and Wes are the most wholesome and precious new book couple I've read in awhile. Thank you, 🥺

Finished Reading Soukou Akki Muramasa, a phenomenal dark fantasy story by Nitroplus. On top of the grand intrigue and intricate battles, what really sets this VN apart is its incredibly poetic prose, which well lives on in the translation. Absolutely one of my favorites.

“This skillful novella [by Alex Poppe], filled with lush and luscious prose, vibrates with energy and passion and keenly observed details, just as does the young narrator’s life as she moves through a series of encounters in Sevilla and elsewhere.” https://t.co/CuQBTmOPPx

THE ONES WE’RE MEANT TO FIND by . Lyrical prose, eco sci-fi, and plot twists that kept me on the edge of my seat.

"Most films are made in prose, but a few work more like poetry. A prose film is often easy to read: you know the words, understand its rhythms, anticipate its beats. But a poem teaches you how to read it as you go along."

While Claremont is sometimes ridiculed for his inefficient prose, the efficiency of his character work is genuinely remarkable, with one issue establishing, resolving, or advancing a litany of character arcs operating simultaneously. 6/6

48. A Marvellous Light. it’s been a long time since a book has tempted me to stay up all night reading it. this book is beautiful: in its prose, its romance, and the wallpaper in its homes. i loved every character i met, including the horrid ones. and—a magical house?just for me?

We are thrilled to reveal the stunning cover for Ami Rao's second book 'Almost', publishing in March 2022!

In lyrical prose, Rao experiments with language to explore grief, one of the most complex of human emotions. 🪶

If there's one thing I've learned from years of consuming Clive Barker's work it's that one need not limit themselves to a single medium. Each one – be it comics, prose, painting, poetry, or filmmaking – offers a unique set of tools, and in the end, it's all storytelling.

A Creative. A Revolutionary.

Hers is the acuity of verse—poems she wrote with the masses by living with the masses. Hers is the sharpness of analysis whether in prose, reportage, or discourse. Hers is the unwavering commitment to live and die for the sake of liberation (cont.)

Lovely review from

“What a beautiful read this was. Eloquent prose, the perfect balance of light and dark, and a thoroughly engaging storyline with a great pay-off. If you haven't read 'Malinae,' you're missing out big time!”
