IMO, one of the BEST ways to improve your art quickly is to draw a comic. You're drawing the same character(s) over and over in different perspectives and dynamics. E.g. Nick from S1 E2 (drawn oct 2021) vs Nick from S2 E1 (drawn Aug 2022).
