I tried out the pressure sensitivity settings in Aseprite. Not really pixel art per se? But I don't really care, it was fun!

I might play around with dithering and pressure sensitivity later on, but we'll see.

Thank you !!! The first part of the transition is the borders of the shape expanding (fast, then deceleration), then 4 frames with dithering (from dense to thin) for a fading effect. Hope this is helpful !
