Oh, yeah, hey, for newer Followers who might not be aware:
I have a Bipolar Disorder. It's generally quite manageable, but sometimes I just need to Shut Down for a while. Usually just for like a day, but sometimes it takes a bit longer.
Hence the occasional posting of this pic:
