So yeah, been playing Crash 4, and the game kicks my butt lol, probably will take forever to 100%, but still a fun game overall. Can recommend it if you like platformers, but brace yourself for some challenges in there.

@Saberspark The Darksiders series is on Steam. Don’t know if it’s a “must-play”, but I think it’s a fun series. First three are hack-and-slash puzzle platformers, Genesis is a dungeon crawler. But the real treat is the story.
In the past two weeks I haven't been able to play as many games as I wanted to because of school, but I did finish a bunch of platformers I felt like playing for the first time, and I enjoyed them all at least a little!
@DavideSoliani I know ya said you'd love to work on Rayman again, and you kinda jump-started the whole Nintendo/Ubi crossovers, and @grantkirkhope has had experience with composing Donkey Kong, both are kings of 2D platformers.... 👀

@RetroCollect I'm glad I'm not the only one who totally wasn't grabbed by Zool. 😐 I tried to get into it, but man, those super-garish landscapes didn't help. Then I would go back to SuperFrog and Fire and Ice, or any of the myriad of other great platformers, and be "ah, that feels better." 😁
