Ooo vector layers help a lot with keeping clean line work, but I use either Qamala's graphic marker, the default dry brush, or the good pen!
I enjoy inking with different brushes, so the biggest tip would be to experiment and see what's good for you!

You know what? For one very VERY short moment in time, I considered having Vector's feet turn into wheels when he reaches max speed.

I decided against it because it's too silly and a full metamorphosis goes a step beyond just running so fast your feet APPEAR to be making shapes.
