Really conveys the feeling they aren't fully there or have lost control of themselves since the eyes are the universal way to read if someone has it together. Hajime no Ippo does it too and I love it because you know the character took a hard hit.

Icewind's Munization

Looks like Muniversal is having a hard time keeping up with things, so they desided to redesign me in order to help :3 A wonderfull piece I commisioned in order to let them draw their own character for a change. ^_^

I can't think of a universal trend in mine but more often than not in my designs I like to include something that partially/wholly obscures the neck.

I'd give all my characters turtlenecks given the time and opportunity tho.,,,

We are almost at the 100 Year for Karel Capek's R.U.R (Rossum's Universal Robots), the story that gave the English language the word "Robot"

The robots in R.U.R are complex artificial people, with themes of exploitation of labor and 'what makes a person a person'?

Congrats Eva Eland, shortlisted and WINNER V&A Illustration Awards: 'Eva Eland’s debut is a poignant yet uplifting look at dealing with a universally felt emotion... the judges admired the soft, non-threatening portrayal of sadness'. 👏 https://t.co/OoBurq7TnR
