@spinchsart Shading improved! Im glad i moved on from my gradient background phase

Here be some Qiqi. Tried shading with gradients, I've only maybe done it once or twice before.

Idk, I'm kinda digging this old design of Zara rn. The light purple gradient and tail mostly.

Then i added color dodge on top of everything to REALLY push the lighting.

I don't like using color dodge as part of the base layer since its very overwhelming and i wanted it to be a consistent color rather than whatever the gradient map decided

Then, use that layer as a gradient map. The next 3 pics is that gradient map on top of the original in different ways -
1. 50% soft light
2. 100% soft light
3. 75% overlay

i wanted it to be very subtle, so i went with the first. but its an easy way to add vividness.

To get the colors to homogenize right, i used a gradient map setup - first pic is the original group layer of the individual charas. Second is adding a multiply layer over everyone.

The third is a clone of that layer with saturation set to zero.

Now that is a very interesting hair colour, my brain has decided to describe it as a prismatic gradient, I really like it~! 💕

There are so many random colours and shapes, it's hard to tell what is part of the character or not~

A bunch more tinkering later, I now understand a lot more about how different gradients combined into XYZ to create curvature, and what things should go in each channel. Main remaining issue is some depth stuff on nose and eyes, but I think I can fix it. #b3d #BNPR

conhecendo o Gradient Map a gente já viu que com uma ferramenta simples, renderizando somente em PB é possível colorir um desenho inteiro bem fácil e de forma não "destrutiva", ou seja, facilita muito qualquer possível alteração de cor e variações com um clique!
