Further news on one of the Stanley Spencer paintings I sold earlier this year. My buyer in Hong Kong has traced 'Waterpolo' to 1919 around the time as Stanley painted 'Scrubbing Clothes,' which was bequeathed to the Ashmoleum in Cambridge in 2013.

I did a thorough inspection, after being told that. There are multiple sloppy errors(circled) in the artwork, that's definitely not worth $85. I realized davyonmartz traced from tokifuji's art.

I've overlaid the two pieces and it lined up exactly. I politely confronted them.

I shouldn't admit this, but as I was going through an old Metal Gear image folder I was reminded that I traced MGS2 Snake for his first up close appearance in my animation.

this "proof" though really doesn't translate. The only point of similarity I could use to place these two over eachother for comparison was the ear. But head, brow, jaw, nose, even the eyes + horns do not line up. The proportions are even slightly different. This is not traced.
