The remaining Cygens that don't currently have a VA. Most of them have between 1 - 5 lines in the first episode but play a larger role later on. Save Veda who plays a big role in the second and third episodes but barely speaks. Aquarius plays a large role in 1 and 2.

The Longneck Grey was engineered to act in a lookout and surveillance role. Their heads are dominated by their large eyes and don't contain much of a brain. Their main brains are located where a human would have pectoral muscles, giving them the appearance of strength.
