PS: The way I see it, Shoutmon forms are a massive tribute to 80s/90s mecha - which i love with all my heart. I was not even born back them but I miss this style of anime. Just a bunch of characters piloting a giant colorful robot fighting evil is so much fun for me.

As an aside, I'm a huge fan of Urusei Yatsura, and I'm extremely excited to see how they update it... but this could be very iffy. It could either turn out great or a total disaster. It is THE 80s anime, for better or for worse. How much can you update and keep its charm intact?

With some trial and error, I'm really happy with this portrait of two of my favorite heroines.

The colors are a bit rough only because they're meant to correspond with colors. I may rework this with a better palette later on.
