I had a dream there was a vtuber dating sim for the DS, so I tried the Snuffy route. It was on a train in Japan, where she was drinking GFuel. Her only dialogue was "I like ya cut, G". Then the game softlocked since I couldn't respond and she didn't speak again

So here's an interesting change: While several lines of Takuma and Kamui's initial argumetns and suspicion were kept, the anime actually cuts out a lot more of Kamui's colder dialogue and jumps right to their fighting. It changes the tone a bit, making Kamui seem a bit twitchier.
