Oleander being Oleander. This is kind of a reference of how Homer Treats Bart in Like I am referring to the running gag, where Homer strangles Bart. He'd probably do this when the campers are annoying to him, especially during Basic Braining. This is funny to me.

Its good enough. I have to get around to drawing them at different angles so then I can just pick the one thats closest position-wise wrap them in the program, but most of the time its just art for me, so it doesn’t matter too much
