So what's a pixel artist to do? I tried several variations. In the end, though, I settled on the more vibrant, rich teal. It wasn't an easy choice but it seems to reflect the direct GW is heading with their color choices.

Primordial Lord of Fire. Each universes plane of fire is an offshoot of the primordial one. Grew fond of material beings through their interactions with the flames of the hearth. After trial and error he settled on this shape.

I say mostly because i be literally drawing him like this and saying the opposite.

Fun fact: he steals voice lines from other darkners and his old ads to complete his sentences and unsettles people using their voices out of context.

Testing another style, Also for the Armor I settled on all features and type etc before drawing to try it, and I had much better results knowing what to add etc. And the Right just speaks for itself I think B)

We have since settled into biannual bonuses. One in June and one in December.

We started out doing quarterly bonuses. Our revenue and expenses are surprisingly predictable, but quarterly fluctuations mean that some quarters are not profitable. We were missing bonuses too often.
