I should note: WinUAE seemed to quite happily give me perfectly smooth scrolling at 50Hz, but the VICE emulator has no options to update the window at 50Hz (trying both version 2.4 and 3.1, I think.) So I launched Hoxs64 for the first time in ages, and it had 50Hz with V-Sync. 👍
