While you might be tempted to face your party off against faeries in the Feywild, I would actually recommend skeletons instead, the superior fantasy enemy. If you must, make them fey skeletons, but it's a superficial change.

Here’s Aleta’s standard design, while human-looking faeries mainly have prominent exoskeletons, false eyes, their real more bug-like eyes, and antenna; along with being generally smaller than most Mythics.
