I see, but I think I figured out, it was a problem with the disc itself that was contrasting the size of the pelvic fins; the thing with this species is that the fins are looooong, and that boggled me for a bit xD

Seahorse...

-mouth is fixed open
-ears and arms is replaced by decorative tiny fins.
-entire pelvis is removed, lower body is simplified to a slim tail.

A while ago I said I wanted to draw some more dragons and mermaids again so this is a redraw of an old doodle of mine. I also had a lot of fun designing the outfit to look like extra fins on her body and the overall theme is a bioluminescent beach.
