Here's some references. The second picture is Calli's starting weapon awakening. And the third one is Calli's lvl 1 starting weapon. She has the biggest starting hitbox in the game currently since the dead hitbox is gone.

As for the muzzle. MLP deadass is a good place to start for references. I'm not joking. From the front it's just a round arch, from the side it's half a circle coming out of the face. Easy peasy.
