Sonic 3 is that game that I feel like I can play forever and never get bored cause of it, its great to play when I feel bored + the Sonic 3 A.I.R is AMAZING I only used to play this in an emulator and the customization's are soo good (and sonic 3 was my first game so its special)

There are a couple more ways to play it, albeit illegally, as legit copies are a bit hard to come by

The first & most obvious solution would be through emulation via the Dolphin emulator. If your PC is powerful enough, you can even get an HD texture pack running
