From there you can refine, if you like one or a few of the options you can get more variants, I liked 4 so I got a few more like that - when you land on one you like you can upscale it, each attempt takes about 60 second to render...

If anyone is curious, here is a step-by-step how I painted the Emperor of Mankind from 40K. In this case, I paint a bit similar to how a 3D software-engine would render. I start with an underpainting/sketch, and then try to hit a "ambient diffuse" checkpoint before adding light.
