Just watched the Lupin III VS Detective Conan TV Special and Movie back to back!
While they feel more like Detective Conan movies then Lupin III ones, they're still good pieces of animation, even if the movie can get a bit slow by the end.

@JSFitzsimmons It just stops the character and target animation, the particles and everything else run normally. Without the hitstop I feel it lacks friction/impact to the attacks.

@cosmothott they can have as much budget as they want, you can't recreate such massive bending with the same quality and charm of animation,,, it will just look weird irl,,,

Third animation, I downloaded flash (animate cs6 or something like that). It's easier, but i don't have the circle tool or the curve tool, so everything is done with a mouse (yes, i still don't have a drawing tablet)
