I finally updated some projects on my folio site! Seasonal Pantheon (Summer), Tiny Cities and the Daily Logo Challenge study.

Red Cabbage is still kicking my butt, but it's nearly there. And I finally started sketches for Seasonal Pantheon - Winter!

Why painting water is so hard.
I’m still trying to understand the shape of river on the first study. I’m not sure I’ll manage to paint the reflections properly, but I can say that I tried at least.

It looks nice if you almost close your eyes and see! Have fun and tell me what you think 😁

Day 709: Purse! A rather simple study. This wasn't anything special, but it was still fun to work on. I'm trying to get used to painting with bigger brushes with a higher opacity. It wasn't easy, and I didn't quite get the coloring right, but I think it was still a good practice!

Slowly easing out of the art block with a study. I streamed the process on FB but the saved video was incredibly choppy. Hopefully, I learn to get the settings right so that future vids aren't as ugly. 😅

I started this drawing as a hair study. Drew each section of hair as a different color then inked in detail and colored.
I hope you can appreciate that Sephiroths bangs alone had their own layer group <3 ⁖

Quick study. I'm busy with other projects so I''ll just post today's quick study. I added and took away from a picture from Instagram that https://t.co/rG17pcTm4F.hd posted.

Continuing with some study. I found an old Jack Kirby inspired color swatch that I've been using for these last few drawings (slight adjustments to them afterward) and having a blast. Trying to add more Kirby into my work as well, couldn't be happier right now.
