Nah, it's Mimic the Octopus, he's able to shapeshift into others, though he appears to get the eyes wrong on characters. Also notice whoever he transforms into, they have suckers on their palms.

They don't really have an age either, however she can shapeshift and alter her body however she wants. From Child, teen, adult and so forth, a bit different from how Stray shapeshifts. So I guess in a way she can age...?
