Yes I may have started making ganyu as well as mona yes I am a little genshin impact trash creature. I'll probably have ganyu done first as she's actually fairly simple just a lot of triangles and gold accents but will do a mona update tomorrow

Looks pretty good, I’d thin the wrists and soften the lines in the shoulders, look lines you can connect and create some flow. Heart shaped face. What you are struggling with is too many harsh angles, but think you have a good building block.

Ok, so this one first. I'm a fan of bold lines and sharp angles, but the approach I tried out here ended up feeling kinda bland/flat, and I wasn't sure how to add onto it. I can see the appeal of this type of thing, but I also don't think I want to continue this type of drawing.
