How I do a character ref sheet for an artist. Gather up the images I need, circle/list their key details then send it to artist for test run. Usually close on first go then do some fine-tuning to get the design perfect in final.

If you're expecting a long walk on the beach, prepare to run. Chichi is crazy fast and does not hold back. She's hard to read, and acts like she doesn't want you around, but set up a competitive sport, like Volley Ball and you'll see the wild animal in her.
