In the drama I didn't see it, but apparently the artist of Yuube wa Otanoshimi Deshita ne based his female lead on Tanaka Reina and seeing the actual manga pages... yeah I see it. Looking at the fourth outfit, I should've caught on, but that skirt's too long for Reina tbh.
