All of these Marvel heroes display more acts of heroism (in the comics) than the Punisher.
The only thing that keeps Punisher from being an outright villain is he targets his cruelty on criminals. Sometimes.

@Crazy_Crash08 Punishment hates Auditor and whenever he breaks free from his restraints he tries to kill him.
Hates him because he's the one in charge. He ordered the horrible experiments on him and his magnification. He also hates scientists but as not as much as he hates Auditor.
