Learned the term “body neutrality” last night.
A step up from “body positivity” imo bc there’s no requirement to feel ‘good’ about every part of our bodies all the time.
Bodies are just bodies. They are not ‘good’ or ‘bad’ so let’s stop ascribing morality to our shapes.

This does seem fun to make, detailed BUT all simple shapes i think its within my skill range!

After a long search for references on Pinterest and shooting some of myself, I start working on polishing the shapes in Photoshop looking for balance in the values and use of textures. I always remind myself to go from big general strokes and shapes and then the details.
Cut back to 2021 and I've been working primarily in vector 2 years - I come back to digital art to try and add some style and looseness to my art while focusing on the underlying structure and simplicity of the shapes in the human face
