Halo find of the day: halo 5 maps continued. Regret a halo 5 multiplayer map and one of the first that I played. The purple / silver structure is gorgeous. And the green just makes it more pretty!😍

yea i first research references and try to learn the muscles structure, heres SOME of them
then i sketch out the lines of the rough shape for the character im drawing while i stare at them, and then paint base color>rough shadows>darker rough shadows>highlight>even darker shadows

I know it's not much, but I've been trying to work out the best way to do structures. Thinking a semi-isometric style might work. Tried it out with some ruins to see how it looks. Collisions are going to be a pain :(

Do you think peoples gardens reflect their personality? I would say mine is eclectic. Some bought perennials, some invited weeds and natives, somewhat structured and some corners left a little on the wild side. Yup. Pretty much me. August Blooms 20/16” oil.

you can't tell me you don't see this ugly difference. it's still looks good don't get me wrong but the old artsyle structure was so much better and more 'mature'.

the new art direction the winx team took as from s5 was such a major downgrade. you can clear see the difference in face structure and hair texture. the characters started looking like stiff puppets after s4, their heads where bigger and the overall art got too cartoony
