This is just a quick look at how I designed one of the shopkeepers in my own, homemade indie game. 😁
Is it a Grasshopper? 🦗 Is it a frog tangled in a napkin? 🐸 No one really knows!

Introducing a new oc
My first female Laima character Miss Tsukuyomi!
A kindly single mother potion shopkeeper who used to be a bit of a showgirl in her youth.
She enjoys her simple life but does wish for just a bit of excitement

A couple of pieces I've completed in the past couple of days! First is Throinarv, gnome shopkeeper who has about a dozen snakes & skeletal tattoos. Then there's Sam Valentine, halfling detective.

AKRUs art is what I big heart admire over the lineless paint and vivid light/shade colors

also what I imagined that paint summoning

another shameless confess is "shopkeeper" is who I imagined in 100% human AU Galucus ok

stares at my book collection of this and sighs lovingly

This is Esmeralda, the “Chop”-keeper! In our game, she is the helper and shopkeeper on our mission. She tells you tips and hints, as well as more knowledge about enemies and the story.

I did some concept art for a shopkeeper in my game! A shifty fox, quite inspired by Redd from animal crossing but maybe with a darker twist.

Also made a goblin shopkeeper. Plan to add the shop and counter around her in time

My shopkeeper character doesn't get enough love. So here's Ms. Top Bitch Jennifer, older sister of Emily. Yeah, she's hot. Yeah, their last names are Whatts. Yeah, I did this in a day while pointedly not doing other things. Yeah, I gave her a signature. 💁‍♀️

Not the biggest fan of crossover drawings because it often opens huge worm cans, but here's some shopkeepers from my 3 main fandoms: BFDI (Rusty Coin), Cookie Run (Pilgrim Village Trader), and Neopets (Tropical Food Techo).

Meet Lucia Moorwind

This is what happens when I'm drawing in the middle of the dm's only description of a shopkeeper is that she a Yuanti pure-blood, has large boobs, large hips, and looks mostly human except for her tail.

Chester from Shovel Knight, just from how stupid and funny his concept is. Also he likes to rhyme, instant favorite right there. https://t.co/8enqoQIkip

Watching this thread for ideas.
I did a short series of Shopkeeper Gals back in 2015 and might come back to this idea soon.
As for faves, the lady from Lords of Thunder. On top of the obvious, she also had a kickass theme! https://t.co/1h0yaCIeGb
