@NigelGraz Yeah. Right after my first visit at psychiatrist, when I took my first antidepresants and was diagnosted with ADHD while after. It was big jump with progres with art and living. Almost year ago ❤️

In my, idk how informed, opinion the times where self diag is wrong is when people do it exaggerating all your traits to fit the symptoms of an illness
