Decided to redone one of my older #pixel_dailies entries... Another fight with clouds, I think this time colours are overdone. It's too many of them! And too much of dithering! Eventually I murdered all of those nice fluffy shapes... #edg32 palette

This was the first piece I inked entirely in Procreate after picking up an iPad Pro. The dithering and coloring had to be done in Photoshop using my custom dither shading tools that you can also pick up here https://t.co/5BXAfJzyky
How about a little comparison between the #Dreamcast and #PS2 ports of #ResidentEvil Code Veronica (both 480i). Even though the PS2 is much sharper, I kind of prefer the smooth look of the DC's textures. Also, note the dithering, possibly thanks to a lower color depth on DC.
this month's pixel piece. i wanted to take a shot at making a talk sprite for my Stardew Valley character + a few expressions. i'm not super satisfied with it, there's a lot about the style i couldn't figure out (colors? so much dithering??). maybe i'll rework them someday

@ThomasScholes I did one really quick with one of my paintings to show you how you can use it/results 😄 You can play around with the other settings too, but I normally use 'pattern' as the dithering and mostly tweak the # of colours. It's really fun to play around with!
