In Wychwood, Tiara does not really care about grooming, so aside from keeping it roughly shoulder-length and braiding it, her hair is pretty ragged and lank. In contrast, Kyra spends time washing and combing her hair, so it's sleek and long.

A2 Characters w/the time & inclination to give themselves fancy styles, get them. Businesslike characters get it shorter & simpler. Active characters can get long flowing locks if they know how ponytails work! Again, take opportunities for variety/diversity.
