It's Mermay Y'all! Some of my patrons have opted into this month's theme and have chosen to have me draw their characters as chibi mermaids!

Just finished Softies by and Thirsty Mermaids by and I greatly recommend them both! Just the perfect blend of adventure, humor, and devastating emotional sincerity. Also great LGBT+ characters that get to exist without suffering for it, if that's your itch.

1. On average 2-3 hours, but some have taken me 5-6 hours in total without including breaks (with breaks takes me 2-3 days)
2. (below, it's me in a merman tail bc i love love LOVE mermaids)
3. I love doing RH edits the most. They take up less time and are easier to work with!

It’s ! Here’s my gals Audra and Pakora as mermaids! It was fun trying to translate Audra’s priest robes into “mer” versions.

First drawing of I had way too much fun drawing Betha as a mermaid. I'm hoping as the month goes on a can spend a little time diving into what mermaids will look like in Mag Na Mell/The Wylder. (To be clear, it won't be like this. 😆)
