I know pako illustrated occultic nine designs. That had a CD with Kanako Itou's song for the anime. And while it doesn't look like this was traced... It could be a connection to the inspiration of the positions and usage of pako's art.

honestly this just feels like a stretch to me lol

there's a lot of CGs that look similar to that, which you could move around and "line up" to make it feel like a tracing too.

all of these games came out before psychedellica. doesn't mean they are traced.🤷
