Dragons come in all shapes and forms. Wings and limbs don’t matter. There are so many depictions of dragons it’s not even funny. Hell, the original depiction of dragons were entirely serpentine. There’s even serpentine dragons with human faces in Indian mythology.

I think about this artwork a lot
at the time I was like "wow this is something I actually really like for a change" but it wasn't well-received

It may be because it’s an old Pokémon from Gen 1 but I’m starting to underlook how legitimately awesome Blastoise’s design is.

It’s a giant blue turtle monster with literal CANNONS formed from it’s shell, that’s super badass and ahead of it’s time if you ask me.
