A little look at the thumbnail sketches for 'Sword of Destiny', illustration for the book of the same name from the Witcher series.
Illustrated my version of the Witcher 3 Echinops. I used the real Echinops plant as inspiration for this one.
They are described as: "monstrous plants born of curses which grow in places where terrible crimes have been committed if the crime in question was never atoned for"...
