I've been really inspired by animals lately, especially animals with clothing.I did this mock cover for The Wind in the Willows, by Kenneth Grahame, because it has everything that I enjoy illustrating. ⁠I especially enjoyed doing the willows' leaves.#kidlitart

I like simple character designs. Too many details ads visual clutter.
Hair, face, and body type should define the character for me, allowing them to be recognizable in a range of different outfits, even if they have a set style.
